The Pass Through design allows UTP cable wires to pass through the RJ45 connector, which allows us to assemble and crimp a connector more efficiently, minimizing errors caused by poor assembly.

You can find these connectors in categories 5e and 6, complying with the TIA-568B.2 standard.
These types of connectors allow for better organization of the wires and the cable jacket within the connector. Although it is an improvement in crimping UTP cables, it has a disadvantage since conventional crimping tools are not suitable for this solution.
For Pass Through connectors, a crimping tool with a blade at the end of the connector is required. The function of the blade is to cut the excess wires and properly crimp the connector.
