Fiber optic cable tray
A fiber optic raceway is a system designed to protect, organize, and guide fiber optic cables from the building's entry point to the fiber termination and distribution equipment. This system allows for easy traceability and access to cables, preventing fibers from violating the minimum bend radius requirement of 50 mm, protecting them against snags, kinks, and tension.
Raceways are available in different sizes, such as 2”, 4”, 6”, 10”, and 12”, and feature a wide variety of accessories and adapters in the same dimensions. They are made from flame-retardant materials, complying with the UL 94/V0 standard, and are RAL 1021 yellow.
Raceways are also available in marketplaces like MercadoLibre, where yellow plastic raceways for fiber optics, hinged covers, and other accessories can be found.
In summary, fiber optic raceways are an efficient and versatile solution for managing and protecting fiber optic cables in various environments, from data centers to telecommunications facilities.
